* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over burn scars in steep terrain. Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain through Central Washington. Moderate to heavy rain intensities are expected at times.
