* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 542 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate rainfall ongoing in an area where heavy rainfall occurred earlier. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen thus far. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
