* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Ford, Iroquois and Kankakee and northwest Indiana, including the following areas, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT /2 AM EDT/ Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
