* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. Slow-moving or standing water may continue. High water may recede slowly from flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 919 PM EDT, the public reported that roads and yards in and near Otterbein were flooded after earlier heavy rainfall.
