* WHERE...North Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 621 PM EDT, emergency management reported that prior heavy rain in the warned area has resulted in lingering high water, including across some roadways. Flooding is ongoing in some locations. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen earlier this afternoon. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inch are possible in the warned area through this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
