* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Tyler County in northern West Virginia... Northeastern Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 652 PM EDT, emergency management reported prior thunderstorms had resulted in high water across portions of the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by prior thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
