* At 652 PM EDT, emergency management reported prior thunderstorms had resulted in high water across portions of the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
