* At 552 PM EDT, emergency management reported high water across portions of the area from prior heavy rainfall. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by prior thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Pennsboro, Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Canton, Center Point, Smithburg, Sedalia, Wolf Summit, Mountain, Wick, Hebron, Meadowbrook and Despard.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 119 and 121. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 49 and 82.
