* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:47 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
