* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - A cluster of nearly stationary thunderstorms has developed across central Bulloch County and is producing very heavy rainfall. A home weather station located east of Statesboro has measured 2 inches of rain in less than 1 hour. The heavy rain will impact urban areas in and around Statesboro, producing at least minor flooding this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Statesboro, Brooklet, Register, Georgia Southern, Denmark, Nevils, Leefield, Somerset, Pretoria and Emit.
