* WHERE...Portions of west central Colorado, including the following county, Montrose and southeast Utah, including the following county, San Juan.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 328 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
