* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 944 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Madisonville, TN due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Standing water in and around Madisonville, TN, but no reported road closures. Flooding across Laurel Mountain Loop and Laurel Creek Road and Mannis Road. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
