HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Hyden, Letcher, Bath, Cumberland, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Big Fork, Cody, Leatherwood, Hoskinston, Van, Carr Creek, Colly, Premium, Nealy, and Sergent.
