* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma... Western Stephens County in southern Oklahoma... Eastern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma... Northwestern Clay County in northern Texas...
* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 123 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Duncan, Walters, Waurika, Comanche, Bray, Temple, Petrolia, Byers, Dean, Jolly, Hastings, Addington, Waurika Lake, Corum, Empire City, Taylor and Charlie. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
