* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water begins to enter some homes along the low sections near the river. Liberty Avenue floods. At 15.0 feet, Homes along the low sections of the river on Liberty Avenue and Route 19 flood. At 16.0 feet, Areas of Baltimore Street and River Road flood. At 18.0 feet, Major flooding occurs along the river in Clarksburg.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM EDT Wednesday was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.1 feet this afternoon.
