* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rain of 4 to 6 inches has occurred over the last 24 hours across Champaign and Vermilion Counties. An additional 1 to 2 inches is expected through the morning, with locally heavier totals.
