* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Kansas, including the following counties, in central Kansas, Rice. In south central Kansas, Butler, Cowley, Harvey, Kingman, Reno, Sedgwick and Sumner.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Storms with very heavy rainfall will continue this morning across the area. Rainfall rates are expected to be around 2 inches per hour with the stronger storms.
