Severe Thunderstorm Warning

At 601 PM CDT/501 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of Seneca, or 12 miles northeast of Mullen, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 540 PM CDT half dollar size hail was reported 11 miles north northeast of Mullen and at 600 PM CDT 54 mph wind gusts was reported 6 miles north of Seneca.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include... Seneca and Giant Hill.

This includes Highway 2 between mile markers 193 and 199.
