* Flash Flood Warning for... Kimble County in west central Texas... Mason County in west central Texas...
* Until 1015 AM CDT.
* At 715 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen since 4 AM. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour will continue, bringing some totals by later this morning to well over 6 inches. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
