* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur. Secondary roads and low water crossings will become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.6 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.5 feet on 10/05/1969. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
