* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur. Roads and low water crossings will be flooded and impassible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:00 PM CDT Thursday was 18.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2 feet late this afternoon.
