* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and eastern New York, including the following counties, in east central New York, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren and Washington. In eastern New York, Fulton and Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 757 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicates that between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
