* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.

* WHERE...Portions of Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady counties in eastern New York.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicates that between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area through tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
