* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Water exceeds the lowest banks along the San Antonio River At 27.0 feet, Floodwaters begin to impact lower portions of Floresville City Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday afternoon to a crest of 27.5 feet late Friday evening.
