* WHERE...Cibolo Creek at Sutherland Springs.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Water submerges the roadway just south of the FM 539 bridge, making it impassable. Homes are not yet impacted at this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 30.5 feet late tomorrow morning. It will then fall tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise again to 31.9 feet late Friday morning.
