* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 820 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This may cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages... Cache La Poudre River, Sand Creek, Lone Tree Creek, South Platte River, Box Elder Creek, Crow Creek and Willow Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eastern Greeley, Evans, LaSalle, Kersey, Lucerne, Gill, Garden City and Lower Latham Reservoir.
