Details

* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Scott County in east central Iowa...
* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 303 PM CDT, Emergency management reported an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Duck Creek is out of its banks and several roads have been closed in Davenport and Bettendorf. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
