* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 907 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads that were flooded in the warned area due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
