* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Significant flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to significant flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 921 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads that were flooded in the warned area due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. Significant flooding is ongoing. - The Shade River gauge at Chester has reached 28 feet and continues to rise. This is the third highest water level on record, rivaling what occurred on September 18th, 2004, when the river breached 30 feet. Roads that normally do not flood will flood!! - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
