* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 820 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over Molokai. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... The island of Molokai.
