HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Nitro, Winfield, Hurricane, Sissonville, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Clendenin, Poca, Cross Lanes, Culloden, Kenna, Teays Valley, Amma, Elkview, Bancroft, Procious, Kentuck, Liberty, and Ashton.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 8 and 28, and near mile marker 33. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 108 and 125. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 23 and 47.
