* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, River Road at Bluffton begins to flood. Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 11.0 feet early Saturday morning.
