* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Radar indicates 3 to 8 inches with isolated locations receiving 8 to 12 inches of rain fell across much of the area the past 3 days. Additional heavy rain is possible Thursday afternoon and evening. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible in thunderstorms.
