The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM to 10 PM CDT Monday.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, North Itasca, Central St. Louis, Southern Lake, Southern Cook, North Cass, South Itasca and Carlton and South St. Louis.
* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent.
* IMPACTS...The rapid spread of any fires may occur due to the forecast weather conditions and dry fuels per guidance from local land management agencies.
