At 254 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in Boerne. Between 4 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Numerous water rescues, evacuations and road closures have been reported. Cibolo Creek has overflowed with River Road completely underwater. Numerous vehicles are stranded.
