The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Bandera County in south central Texas... Kendall County in south central Texas...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 352 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Boerne. Between 2 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Medina, Boerne, Comfort, Bandera, Fair Oaks Ranch, Nelson City, Welfare, Waring, Walnut Grove, Kronkosky State Natural Area, Sisterdale, Kreutzberg, Pipe Creek, Old Tunnel State Park, Bankersmith, Bandera Falls, Bergheim, Lakehills, Kendalia and Guadalupe River State Park.
