* WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bacon, Coffee and Jeff Davis.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Saturated soils from previous heavy rain may lead to flooding developing quickly. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
