* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...South Central Sierra County in south central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM MDT, 1 to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen over portions of Percha Creek, Trujillo Creek, and Tierra Blanca Creeks, near Highway 27. Runoff will work its way downstream, to the east, and may impact low water crossings closer to Arrey this afternoon and evening.
