* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Burnet County in south central Texas... Eastern Llano County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Burnet, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Bertram, Buchanan Dam, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Meadowlakes, Buchanan Lake Village, Highland Haven, Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn Cavern State Park, Lake Victor, Shady Grove, Sunnylane, Bluffton, Tow and Joppa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
