* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Eastern Gillespie County in south central Texas... Llano County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fredericksburg, Llano, Stonewall, Castell, Oxford, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, Prairie Mountain, Eckert, Crabapple, Willow City, Stolz, Lone Grove, Valley Spring, Blumenthal, Rocky Hill, Baby Head, LBJ State Park, Cain City, Luckenbach and Field Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
