* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Bandera County in south central Texas... Southeastern Edwards County in south central Texas... Western Gillespie County in south central Texas... Kerr County in south central Texas... Real County in south central Texas... North Central Uvalde County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1012 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Medina, Kerrville, Leakey, Vanderpool, Ingram, Hunt, Camp Wood, Kerr Wildlife Management Area, Lost Maples State Natural Area, Mountain Home, Waltonia, Tuff, Rio Frio, Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Harper, Camp Verde, Vance, Tivydale, Barksdale and Doss. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
