* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 7 to 10 feet in the surf zone. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Along north and west-facing reefs.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Swells from Typhoon Saudel will bring hazardous surf and a high risk of rip currents along the north and west facing reefs through at least this afternoon.
