* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, temperatures 98 to 103 degrees. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected.

* WHERE...Lower Treasure Valley and Upper Treasure Valley.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 PM to 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts from the south and southwest will create areas of blowing dust and visibility as low as one mile, advancing northward through the Snake Basin, with greatest impacts between 800 PM and 930 PM MDT.
