* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Owyhee Mountains and Southwest Highlands.

* WHEN...From 6 PM to 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts from the south and southwest will create areas of blowing dust and visiibility as low as one mile, advancing northward through the area, with greatest impacts between 630 PM and 900 PM MDT.
