* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Ashtabula and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Crawford and Erie.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Meadville, Cambridge Springs, Orwell, Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Pymatuning North, Pymatuning Central, Guys Mills, Lincolnville, Canadohta Lake, Riceville, Hartsgrove, Roaming Shores, Saegertown, Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Rock Creek, and Blooming Valley. - Thunderstorms with high rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour can quickly lead to flooding.
