* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following area, Ashtabula Inland and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford and Southern Erie.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates will continue to occasionally affect the area into this evening.
