* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 1/2 inches are expected over the area through 1 pm.
