* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.
* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding along quick responding streams and small rivers, and adjacent low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 929 AM EDT, River and stream flows are elevated. Earlier rainfall of 1 to 3 inches will cause minor flooding along quick responding small streams through this morning. - Additional average rainfall amounts up to 1 inch, with locally higher amounts, are possible over the area through this afternoon. Any additional rain would result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hackensack, Bergenfield, Paramus, Nanuet, Tappan, Fort Lee, Englewood, Pearl River, Oradell, Norwood, Orangeburg, Teaneck, Lodi, Palisades Park, Dumont, New Milford, Tenafly, Ridgefield Park, Hasbrouck Heights and River Edge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
