* Until 145 AM CDT.
* At 1043 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Champaign, Urbana, Mahomet, St. Joseph, Thomasboro, Ogden, Bondville, Lake Of The Woods, Royal and Flatville.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 72 between mile markers 178 and 182. Interstate 74 between mile markers 173 and 197. Interstate 57 between mile markers 233 and 246.
This includes areas north of St Joseph, that already received around 4 inches of rainfall this evening.
