* WHERE...Southern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 PM MST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.6 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bisbee and Naco. - This includes the following highways...
