* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, River Road at Bluffton begins to flood. Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 9.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise above flood stage late Friday morning to 11.1 feet Saturday morning.
